My name is Helene, and I am a social worker and law student with over 10 years of experience and extensive knowledge of immigration law.
I work to create clarity, a sense of security, and realistic solutions in complex cases.

I advise people who find themselves in difficult and unpredictable situations, where much can be at stake and the future feels uncertain. My role is not only to provide professional guidance, but also to create calm and clarity in a process that is often marked by waiting and worry. I place great importance on explaining things simply and clearly, so you understand your options and feel safe and well-prepared to take the next steps.

I have in-depth experience with family reunification cases and administrative processes in these specific countries.
I can read, write, and communicate professionally in Danish, Swedish, German, and English. In addition, I speak Farsi and can, if desired, provide consultations entirely in Farsi.I have particular experience helping people in situations where their residence status is uncertain, and where there may be possibilities for a solution under EU law. One of my greatest strengths is my ability to navigate complex bureaucratic structures and explain them in clear and understandable language. I have assisted people with very different backgrounds and resources – both linguistically and socially – and I make it a priority to meet everyone with respect and patience. I am structured, logical, and easy to reach – and I am happy to answer both big and small questions along the way.
I am not a lawyer, and this is reflected in my prices. What you do get is a professional with solid experience, who takes the time to understand your situation and find the best possible solution.
